Joseph Malchow
Founding Partner, HNVR Technology Investment Management
Joseph Malchow has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2020. He is the founding partner at HNVR Technology Investment Management, a Seed and Series A venture capital firm with headquarters in Menlo Park, Calif. Hanover supports exceptional software entrepreneurs building companies that have meaningfully advanced the state of the art in fields including artificial intelligence, developer tooling, data and computing infrastructure, security, and finance. Previously, in 2011, Mr. Malchow cofounded Publir LLC, a cloud software company for high-traffic websites. In 2011, he was named to the Forbes ‘30 Under 30’ list, and in 2008, he was awarded The Wall Street Journal’s Bartley Fellowship.
In addition to serving on Enphase Energy’s board of directors, Mr. Malchow also serves on the board of directors of Enovix Corporation. He is involved with Stanford University’s Freeman-Spogli Institute and Hoover Institution, and with The Federalist Society in Washington, D.C. He earned an A.B. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Stanford University.
